Flight Nanny Beginner Mistakes

Whether you are curious about becoming a flight nanny, transporting your own dog, or simply want to see what this job is like, this episode gives you a real behind-the-scenes look at the experience.

In this episode from the archives, I’m sharing one of my early flight nanny transports from the fall of 2020 during the Covid lockdown. What started as a simple domestic trip quickly became the beginning of something much bigger. In this video I transport Happy, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, from Albuquerque to Tampa so she could visit a reproductive veterinarian for breeding. Looking back at this footage now, I can definitely see some beginner flight nanny mistakes I made along the way — but every trip teaches you something.
